WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns must be accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase. 20% restocking fee on all returns. No refund on shipping, freight fees or credit card fees. Credit Cards subject to 2.9% +.30 fee. Bank Payments subject to 1% fee.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order. However 1 box is 50 lbs. of clay and there are two 25 lbs. bags in the box. Half boxes (i.e. 1 bag of clay) are only sold for private lessons. There are minimum orders for delivery to your doorstep/classroom. For delivery to your doorstep those minimum order requirements can be waived, pending approval, if you are able to place your orders in our bulk shipments. See delivery schedule below.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

For Large orders (over 1000 lbs. or 20 boxes) delivery is included. Under 1000 lbs. there is a small fee. We deliver to Tehama and surrounding counties. Please Contact.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE?

Northern California Pottery Supply is a micro-business. I have set up a order and delivery schedule that is based on the K-12 school calendar. This is also for artists in the area who would like to order large quantities. If you need your supplies outside of this schedule, delivery charges will apply.

Back to School Order:

Order Deadline July 11

Delivery Schedule set for August, before school starts or during school at teacher's behest.

Winter Order:

Order Deadline November 11 

Delivery Schedule set for late November or early December, pending Laguna Clay Company.

Spring Order:

Order Deadline February 11

Delivery Schedule set for March.
